Description of item was incomplete. It would have been helpful to know whether lens hood, box, and manuals were included. (As it turns out, the hood, and box were included, the manuals was not!)
No problem with KEH. Its use of FedEx is a problem in that the latter's delivery has become inconsistent, if it delivers at all.

Shipping was a hassell because of labor day. Ordered at 6pm in Friday and didn't get the package till 5pm Wednesday even though I paid 40 for overnight shipping

I was hoping to find an affordable used Nikon speedlite and that is what I found, but it was a higher price point than I hoped and I am fearful that the quality will not be sufficient for the frequent use.
