Very disappointed with the original customer service agent I spoke with on the phone. He gave me bad information and was rude and hung up the phone on me. When I called back, I spoke with Janna and she provided accurate info and was as helpful as she could be. However the big issue was with your chose of delivery companies. Fed Ex was horrible to deal with.

The item was as described and arrived promptly.

I am overall pleased with my shopping experience with KEH.

As usual it was a great purchase. Pricing is always good and the equipment as advertised.

Simple, direct, informative.

Very disappointed in the shipping options. FedEx is very inflexible and refuses to deliver to office where staff will sign, but instead require someone to be home or drop off at FedEx location (at least a day's delay. USPS (preferred) and UPS both deliver to apartment office.

Everyone is nice and helpful, my product is very good but did need a part replaced to make it fully functional- that was handled expeditiously at no extra charge so that was great! Overall an excellent value and experience!

Lots of choices and explanation of product condition

I enjoyed how easy the purchase process was. The only thing I would change is to maybe put in the notes somewhere more obvious that a lens cap wasn't included. Maybe it was on there and I just didn't see it
