For this particular order:
1) 3 stars because you didn't mention anywhere that "site-wide" discount doesn't include Leica products. Any exclusion means the discount isn't really "site-wide". I feel this is a mis-representation.

2) The product was physically defective and immediately RMA'ed. This shouldn't be difficult to detect when received and inspected.

I love keh. For some reason, my discount was not showing on my invoice. I was told on the phone that that is normal (however, my old invoices showed discounts). Please make sure discounts and coupon codes are on invoices. Thank you!
