My experience with KEH, and I have dealt with them a number of times, is positive overall.
Good and fast. Fedex was a little problematic requiring a signature for such a small purchase seemed unnecessary.
Easy and bug-free website.
The lens had a physical problem with AF; returned without issues, as far as I know.
Ordered two $3.80 accessories, ground freight was more than product. Adding insult to injury because my billing address is diff from my ship to, they did signature req'd on a < $20 order.geez
The rep I called and spoke with was kind and apologetic, not her fault. Come on KEH mmgt.get in the game!

What can be said? I found the product I wanted and ordered it. All is well so far.
The camera that I ordered and received was in great shape, packaging was excellent, camera looks good and have found no issues with it.
Only thing, I ordered with credit card that I seldomly used, soon after purchased, another charge was made on card at Amazon, I called KEH, to inform them of this transaction, I don't know if this was coincidental or if they have an employee stealing credit card numbers. I never heard back.
I called Amazon they tracked the price, card and the day and they found that that order was placed from another Amazon customer and they shut them down.
I'm not saying KEH had anything to do with it,
It may have been just coincidental.
If you use credit cards for any purchases be sure to have notification turned on so you will receive a text in the event someone does charge on your credit card.
