Before shipping items, it would be helpful if Keh Camera offered the shopper the delivery options for shopper who aren't at their home address when items are delivered (e.g., signature required for receipt). Maybe I missed this option, but when delivery requires a signature, please provide options for receipt of the item (e.g., pick-up from a FedEx site).

Product's appearance "ugly", but it was cheap and in working condition!
The lens itself was in good condition. The outside around the manual focus and sun ring were covered in a greasy material that has stained the outside of the lens which was just disappointing. I'm trying to get past how it looks and remember the inside is what matters. Firs time shopper just expected it to be cleaner

Everything was great until shipment. FedEx required signature and I had no options for managing the delivery well. I have a FedEx account, but even with that I couldn't waive the signature or have a neighbor sign for me. I couldn't learn the window of time when the delivery was expected so I couldn't plan my day to be sure to be home. I could hold delivery at Walgreens, which I eventually did, but Walgreens isn't convenient for me and why couldn't I have it held at the local FedEx office? (Also, the Walgreens had had a power surge when I went to pick up and they were in disarray. It took a good 30 minutes of waiting to get my package.)
I feel like UPS offers more flexibility in managing deliveries.
