Would like the ability to adjust item quantities during the checkout process, but otherwise a very nice experience. I appreciate the appearance of numeric keypads on my phone for the credit card info.

I found it odd I didn't receive a tracking number through an email or from the order page and instead ended up getting a text from FedEx about a delivery coming.

What a like most is the conservative condition rating of each item. It makes buying much easier and takes the mystery out of the condition of each product.

I stick with KEH because everything I've ordered has been at a competitive price and in the expected shape. I didn't shop around this time, bought the 1dx mark II and found I could have saved $800 elsewhere, maybe I'll return it.

The lens are very well refurbished

Your order fillers screwed up by sending a Nikon battery for a Canon point and shoot camera. I called about the problem so the correct battery is in transit.

One of the filters is dirty and scratched. I could not clean those spots and the filters should not be graded as Excellent.
