Love you guys! Accidentally bought the wrong lens for my camera and you quickly responded and helped me return it. Now I've order the correct lens and can't wait to start shooting with it!

Good product and fast shipping

The Canon 24-105mm lens was non-functional- wouldn't communicate with the camera body, two bodies; it has been returned for exchange. The lens was missing the red stripe which designates it as an "L" quality lens. Exchange was implemented by Sean McCreery. The faulty lens was returned to Fedex on April 6; am awaiting receipt of replacement with fingers crossed. J.W.Taylor

Whenever I need used equipment I always use KEH because they grade conservatively and they stand behind the quality of every item sold.

Ordered the lens which included the case. Did not get the case on the original shipment. Called KEH and spoke to someone who sent a case to me but it was the wrong case and was NOT for the lens I ordered but for a much bigger lens so the lens I ordered/received can actually fit into the bag sideways.

Good price, good products. Just one issue. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to set the date clock on the old D70s camera I bought from you. I went on line, no luck! I went on YouTube, no luck! All of my photos are being imprinted with dates from January 2005. Can someone call me and walk me through the process of resetting the date and clock? Thank you.
