Process was easy and clear
My experience with keh.com was extremely positive! The site was clear and informative and the pricing was reasonable. The descriptions of different condition levels for the products were very helpful. I ordered a lens that was labeled "bargain" and was extremely happy when I received it and there was barely any noticeable wear and tear. I would definitely use keh again.

I've always been satisfied with KEH their offering of hard to find gear at good prices. This order was no exception, good prices, service, and delivery time.
Site is very easy to use at every level (searching, getting product details, the purchasing process, notifications, etc,), items were promptly shipped, and everything was as described.
I actually haven't used both lenses yet, but they look good. Price was good. I have another coming in the mail any day now.
Shopping on the keh site is a breeze. If they have what I need it's usually at a really good price.

I am out approximately $800 and still don't have my replacement camera. I was originally shipped a camera listed as being in EXCELLENT condition, but the focus motor inside the Nikon d610 body did not work, which made the camera useless to me as I have many older Nikon lenses. The customer service rep offered to replace it and sent me an RMA label, but didn't tell me that it would be two or three weeks to receive my replacement because they use ground shipping and then need to "inspect" the bad camera they sent me, before they would send me a replacement. I paid for a camera in "excellent" condition and I paid for overnight shipping. Now, nearly three weeks later, I don't have a camera as I'm waiting for them to send me a replacement. This does not feel like customer service to me. The customer service rep told me they could get me to a manager last week. They transferred me, I left a message. Now, four days later, I still haven't heard from the manager. I called again today, and I was forwarded to his voicemail.
Overall experience was that i purchased a rare item, i paid for it and it was delivered quickly.
The only let down was from the courier service here in the UK. They delivered it to the wrong address but i did receive the item quickly after that bad error.
