All went very well!
I've been trying to contact the company about returning a lens and have not received any response. Yes I went on their website for returning an item and send a message.
I also sent a message from the seller email and did not receive a return message.
So I did FedEx the lens back to the company which should arrive May 6 and did give the company a tracking number.
The only thing wrong with the lens was it did not fit my T7i Canon camera otherwise it was a good product.

Excellent... only wish shipping to Canada was cheaper! Normally it's not an issue cause I can cross the border, but it's painful due to Covid-19 closures...
