Search tool works well. Grading system for used equipment is reliable

I was sent the wrong product. If you want to know more, talk with customer service because they have the whole story. It was disappointing, but customer service was good at trying to fix it.

Easy to use website. Easy to select the right lens for my camera. Good selection of lens. The lenses I bought looked in brand new condition.

I was unable to have Fed Ex tracking on the shipment. It was delivered several days ago but I just got an email today from KEH asking me if I'd received the package.

As expected. You web site works pretty well few kinks on the search function and some inaccurate search returns but overall better than Amazon.

Camera purchased, even though listed as in "excellent" condition, had several faults (one even making the camera unusable).
I did have to return it, and the sales department responded with the paid return shipping label quickly. It's only been three days since return, so I haven't heard on the final response.

KEH is a wonderful company to work with, and I am always more than happy to receive one of their products. That being said, I was extremely disappointed to see that my package was not packaged properly. I bought a nikon D4, and it was only packaged in two zip lock bags with no packaging at all. Other than that, everything is perfect, and I love the camera.
