Always easy
The website was very easy to use. I'd been using craigslist and ebay for used gear and very rarely had a flawless experience. The camera I purchased on KEH was slightly more expensive than what I could've found it on those other sites, but so far I have had 0 issues and there is 180 day KEH warranty. This was my first purchase from KEH and overall (and so far) it has been great. I can and will purchase more gear from them in the future.

Why is KEH requiring signature delivery during a pandemic? I'm a long time customer, and this was only a $60 dollar order. I realize KEH can't control FedEx's practices, but it seems absurd right now to require person to person signature from (an unmasked) FedEx driver. Because of this I will no longer order from KEH until the threat of Covid is gone.
I had a problem with the built in flash of my NIKON D600 it was taken care of promptly.
KEH is my number 1 option for used gear. I always feel confident the product I order is as or better than described!

I paid for my products as it was simple and hassle-free. I paid extra for overnight shipping, however, they shipped my products nearly two days later and when I contacted customer service, I couldn't reach anybody. I also used the website bot, but received no further help on my shipment. Don't use overnight shipping.
