Shaun promptly refunded my money for a lens shade that was mistitled by their own people last week. The service is excellent, the prices are the best anywhere. I have purchased many items from them through the years. Where else can you buy used equipment with a six month warranty? The only downside is that I never get my emails answered. Best to just pick up the phone and speak with customer service or a sales rep.
KEH also has a presence on ebay as well so it is like shopping in two separate KEH stores. It won't get better than that!

Great shopping experience! First time buying from keh but I will be sure to use them for all my camera needs.
Lens came on time. It was just in a bag with bubble wrap though. Maybe just charge a few dollars more and include a lens bag and lens caps. Would be nice to have that option at checkout to include with purchase. Could up sales too. Just is a little nuisance that I have like 3 lenses without lens caps now (I know it's clearly stated). Love keh but let me buy lens caps! Haha
