I have had nothing but good experiences with KEH in the past and I am very happy with my main purchase this time around. My only complaint is that I am having to return 2 accessory items that were supposed to be for the equipment I purchased. I was shopping for a speedlight and after I added the speedlight to my cart, the website did that thing where they showed recommended items based on what you just added to your cart. I added those 2 items (a filter pack and a diffuser). Turned out that those recommended items weren't the right size. I realize that this is on me since I should have been more diligent in checking the specs, but I feel like this is the equivalent of being at a shop, going to the counter to buy something, and then the sales guy shows you some accessories and says 'hey, I recommend these' and get them without a thorough inspection because you trust your sales guy to not sell you accessories that don't fit. I needed the filters and diffuser and the names of the model were extremely similar. Now I'm on the hook to not only pay for the return shipping, but I have to go to the post office in the middle of a pandemic as a high-risk person. I did mention how this happened when I called to request a return authorization. I'll certainly be back to KEH and keep recommending them, but this particular sale kind of sucks and leaves a sour taste. Lesson learned.
