My 11 year old niece loves photography and has a great eye so I wanted to get her a used dslr. The Canon Rebel body and Canon lens I got from the KEH website was a great price, came shipped very securely and quickly. It was in such great shape (I'm not an expert of the functionality of the camera and lens but everything seemed great to me) and honestly the parts all looked like new.
Needless to say, my niece was very excited.
Extremely fast service and the condition of the camera finder I ordered was as new.
Always find good used equipment at KEH
My experience was mostly good. I was only shopping for Point and shoot 35mm camera, and I was frustrated by the website. There was not any category for "35mm point and shoots," so instead I had to scroll through all available 35mm cameras.
It was not mentioned in product listing that the camera will come with and aftermarket battery and charger. The camera is unable to display bettery charge level correctly. Camera continuously displays full charge even ehrn it is near discharged.
