THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE RATED AS A D+ WITH THE BBB, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE CONARTISTS. I sent KEH a bunch of items for trade. Their evaluation offered me less than half of what the quote was. All these items were originally purchased from KEH and were in as good or better condition than when I received them. Upon receiving the items back I noticed one of the lenses was damaged and the prism finder was missing from the package. Upon contacting them, they were completely useless and refused to acknowledge their mistake. The lens was not damaged when I shipped it to them and they continue to state that it was. They continue to state that the prism finder was in the box when they shipped it however it wasn't when I received it. They said the only way for them to file a claim with FedEx is for me to send a picture of the package as it was received, obviously I had to open the package and items when it came in for me to find out the prism finder was missing! Run far far away from this company.

There was a little incident this time, caused by FedEx. The box was addressed correctly, but my package had a little side journey.
As always the items I ordered were in the promised condition, and able to be used.
Your customer service team was also very hands on and attentive when my package was on its side journey. It felt that they were more attentive than FedEx was upon leaning that the delivery was having issues.
Once again, KEH impresses with service and quality of products received.
