When I received my order, it was cleaner and in better condition than I expected. Packaged nicely and the camera body works flawlessly.
Bad experience because:
1. No protection for the items.
2. No actual pictures.
3. Un-details description.
4. lately, the price is not competitive to others.
My last experience, that probably my last buying from KEH.
I bought a Leica lens for $1600, that's expensive buying for me and KEH sent me a lens with no caps or something to protect the glass. KEH tend to do the same to sell the purchase, probably for extra benefit.
I bought several equipment from KEH, the experience kind of the same, but for expensive glass without extra protection for glass that's so bad and flipped my opinion.
The worst thing, the last purchase The Leica lens priced $1600, is not the lens mentioned on web. KEH mentioned the higher/later version. I returned the lens, no I am waiting for my full refund.
But I missed the event, where I wanted to use the lens to.
I have sold a large collection and have purchased various items from KEH, and I have been a happy satisfied customer and seller

I purchased a used Fujifilm lens in excellent + condition. The lens was packed very securely and it came true as described. I'm very satisfied with the service and product that KEH has to offer.

I've dealt with you guys in the past when doing buy backs, and you guys were top notch. The process to purchase was easy. But the information on where a lens is from (grey or no) should be available). Oddly there was no opportunity to quote an extended warranty, seems like a lost opportunity.
EDIT: Jena contacted me the day after to get the warranty in place. All Set! It is nice they send an email checking on the product AFTER I received the product.
The item (a Pentax flash) was as good or better than described.

If possible, I would recommend noting everything included. It may
