Found the camera I was looking for- got it for a reasonable price. Arrived very quickly, especially for an international order. Camera unfortunately arrived without a battery cover but a quick phone call (an actual person answered the phone rather than one of those unpleasant, press one now, phone menus that everyone hates. Took care of my problem very quickly and sent out a replacement battery cover. Very happy with the level of service and the promptness of the delivery. Very happy that you can speak to an actual human when calling- please keep this up.

This was my first experience with Keh and I placed two orders. I was impressed with the website, the amount of purchase options, pricing and details of the products. I ended up calling customer service because I did not receive an email confirmation and the response was friendly and informative. I also spoke with a representative about selling gear and he was kind, friendly and also very informative. Keh does not take the gear I want to sell, but instead of just saying that, the representative gave me some options of where to sell which have been successful. I've already recommended Keh to another photographer and will definitely use you in the future!

I purchased a lense rated at EX+ from KEH, and everything went smoothly. The lense was very good. Based on that experiences, I purchased a camera body rated at EX+ and I had a couple small problems. The main one was that Fedex at one point said that they had delivered my package and that it was signed for, but no such thing happened. After calling them the next day, the package finally did appear next to my mailbox at the end of my driveway (nowhere near my front door). After that initial scare, everything seems good. The camera had a couple hot pixels, but I think I was able to fix those.
