The process is pretty straight forward and simple. However I found that the selection of item is misleading. There were several options of the same item I was interested in and made my selection based on the description of included items with the purchase. When I received the item, NONE of the items in the description were included. Item was in good shape visually and in working order, but to give a custom description of included items to find out they don't come with the product is deflating.
I purchased a camera lens and selected the one that identified that it had the packaging, caps, lens wrap, and hood.
What I received was a lens in bubble wrap, hood, and aftermarket caps in a soft envelope. THAT'S IT.

I ordered a Fuji xf 80mm macro. It arrived 2 days later at my door. The lens was as described. Beautiful condition, works really well. It was well packaged and I will buy again when I will need a piece of equipment.
Well described, everything shipped perfectly. KEH is a great company to do business with on every level. The camera is about the best camera I've ever used, and is in perfect condition.
However:
* The battery runs out of juice more quickly than it should... in a way that's noticeable. I would say the battery is well beyond used, even if the camera is superb shape.@ $300 new... it's worth noticing.
* The Metabones R/L adapter is not such a great fit, I'm considering returning it. It works. I might just get used to it. Just not smooth mounting and un-mounting lenses. Feels forced, and slightly mis-aligned on removing the lens.
