The Olympus E-520 arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have yet to try it out as the deal I had for a lens from another vendor did not go as planned (due to my error). The substitute is on its way. However, the body appears to be in good order. I am most pleased with this purchase.

This was my first time buying from KEH and I was not disappointed! I paid an additional $5 for faster shipping and the extra money was well worth it! I received my purchase within 3 days! The camera itself looks practically brand new and, after trying it out, I'm very pleased with the quality! I could've bought this camera body brand new from Best Buy for $2,500, but thanks to KEH I saved almost a thousand dollars for the same thing just without the Canon box. Will definitely be buying from this company again! :)
The shopping is great, I just wish the delivery could be done without me having to be at home to receive the product... It was an inconvenience; I got the product after 3 attempts to find me home... Please consider that many of us can't be at the address during the WIDE delivery windows... Unfortunately, because of this, I will comeback just in case I can't find what I'm looking for in Amazon...

Ordered on a Wednesday. Paid 30 dollars extra for 2 day delivers my son was going on a foreign trip on Monday. The camera did not arrive until Tuesday. So, we have returned it. Very sorry about this. Six days to send over such a short distance? And after paying so much extra for such a tiny, light package? Very disappointed in FedEx. And my son ended up traveling without a camera.

This was my first time ordering from KEH, and must say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and value for the money I received for the products purchased. I do highly suggest using USPS for deliveries. FedEx updates were inaccurate and when the item was delivered, the FedEx Carrier did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, otherwise, I would have rated KEH 5 Stars.
KEH delivered the ordered article via FedEx fast and very well packed. The item arrived as described, I would say in better condition as described. I wouldn´t hestitate to go into business with KEH again. I can recommend KEH from the bottom of my heart.
I recently purchased a second lens and, once again, KEH exceeded expectations. The lens was in excellent shape (just as described) and it was priced at a very fairly.
