The first time that I bought anything with KEH. Won't be the last...the canon 5D Mark IV and the Sigma 70mm-200mm lens came in a KEH brand storage bag that is nice quality. Pleasant surprise and the gear was in excellent condition.

The flash unit arrived in a timely manner and was as described on the web site. It works wonderfully.

My camera gear was stolen, and I was able to find what I needed to replace it here on KEH at an affordable price. Everything came very well packaged, and in excellent condition as described.

Products do not have any specific information about them. This is a problem to asses them before purchase. One has to go elsewhere to look for that crucial information.

Beat experience buying from these guys. Their rating system makes me feel comfortable when I make each of my purchases. I will continue to but from them.

Camera and lens arrived promptly and in as-advertised excellent condition.

I order a camera and a few lenses from KEH, and the battery charger didn't work. I called KEH right away and they sent the same day a new battery charger.

Ordered items arrived within shipped arrival dates. Brochures were also included in the package(s).

Always a great experience, and quality is better than expected. Recommend adding tracking number to order details page because sometimes I can't find the email but I know I can log in to check the order.

I purchased Canon EF 12mm and 25mm extension tubes. They could have been brand new from appearances. They both function properly.

This was my first order and the experience was great. The lens arrived quickly and in mint condition.

I do believe that I am now complete, at least for my beginning journey. I bout this lens and now I think it will be the go to from now on.

I was able to find a replacement lens hood at KEH in excellent condition for a great price!
