KEH has - for the over 30 years that I've been trading and buying from this company (since 1985) - been very consistent with both their trade evaluations, as well as their used merchandise condition ratings. While there's been a great deal of modernization lately, as to how they deal & trade, they HAVE managed to keep BOTH their deal & trade ratings VERY consistent with what was done in the past. I go back to them today - for both trades & purchases - with the feeling that things are entirely reasonable & fair. I say this as a avid semi-pro, who's been working with photography since 1970.

Good quality equipment wit accurate equipment descriptions. It seems however that prices have risen considerably from when I first started dealing with KEH.
I would like to buy more from you but the very high costs are, in many cases making me refrain from buying more. The rest is simply perfect: your product offering (specially second hand), your service etc.
I like your selection of Mamiya RB 67 products. I have bought many lenses and a Pro S body and other medium format products from you, and 35mm products and have had no complaints about the quality or the price. I will always feel confident about purchasing from KEH.

I found out about KEH listening to a Ham Radio broadcast. I checked out the site and was hooked.

This is a great place to get good deals on used photo equipment. Sometimes the deals are steals, and sometimes they are plain just good deals, but you can't go wrong with KEH!

Wrong item sent. I spoke to the customer service manager who told me that he would get back to me by the end of the day. He called about an hour later and said that the item I ordered could not be found, but the good news was that a higher value replacement would be overnighted to me. I agreed to the replacement and it arrived the next day.
I have always been satisfied with KEH regarding prices, shipping, etc. However, the resolution of this problem went above and beyond. KEH's Customer Service Department is excellent. I will always be a KEH customer for all my photo needs
