I've done business with KEH for many years and have come to always expect value and quality. My most recent purchase was an exception. I placed an online order and was given a delivery date. I looked for delivery on that promised date. Days later I received an email that the order was held because of an error by KEH (an item listed was not actually available). Several more days passed after I approved the shipping of the remaining items (yes, I wanted the other items I had ordered). Then another email stated that it would all be shipped in another couple of days. Fortunately, KEH shipped it a day early and it arrived before I went on vacation.

After evaluating the merchandise; I found that the three of the four "Excellent" filters were not even fit to be evaluated by KEH. They were totally covered with marks on both sides and it took me almost two hours of careful cleaning to get them fit for use. One of those three was, indeed, excellent (but KEH could not have determined that through all of the surface marks). The two others were just barely Very Good. I kept them because I don't trust what I might receive as replacements. I'll think twice before buying used filters from KEH again! The other items in the order were just great.

The only thing that I would be a little dissatisfied with would be the fact that the camera did not come with a battery or battery charger. So we couldn't use it right away. We had to find a charger, then order it (because they didn't have any at Best Buy and the ones at the battery store were super expensive) but the product that we did get was very well packed, in good working order, and cleaned (at a very good price). I'd use KEH again for sure.
