I've gotten multiple items from KEH over the years. It's always been great.
My favorite lens stopped working for my Olympus E-500. A replacement from Olympus was going to cost over $300. A friend told me about KEH. They had the right used lens in excellent condition at an affordable price (less than $50). Wiithin a week I was back taking pictures with my favorite lens again! Thanks KEH!

Navigating your items should be much easier. A better GUI for selecting types and refining item search would go a long way.

You had in stock a Bronica close-up ring that I have been looking for for quite some time. The condition was better than I expected to find (Ex+) and the price was very reasonable. Check-out was very quick and the purchase was shipped immediately - arriving three working days later. Very professional company and a wonderful resource for both pros and hobbyists alike.
The product description could be clearer with regards to accessories, and photos of accessories would be appreciated. The product description is describing more than one product, which is confusing.
The condition of the lens was very good, as rated in the description. I am just annoyed that the lens front and rear caps were not included. It should be clearly stated in the description that these do not come with the lens! Had I known, I would have added them to my order. I am in Japan so it is not likely I will order them on their own from you due to the delivery & import costs. Now I have to hunt around for those in Japan.
This is my third purchase and I will be making more.
