Great customer support! I ordered an item and it was not up to my expectations, so told them. The very next day they sent the same item by FedEx Next Day delivery to me. It probably cost them more to send the item than the item cost, but they valued me as a customer!

I have purchased one camera body and six lenses from KEH and have always gotten excellent service. The products were as listed on the website. Delivery was on time or sooner and the items were well protected in the packaging. I have contacted KEH on two occasions to get some information on the camera body and one of the lenses before purchase. The customer service representative was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and concerns so that I could make an informed purchase. There was no pressure for me to go ahead and place the order. I recommend KEH to my friends and associates because of my experience with them.
It would be helpful to have the number of shutter activations for each body listed, because that factor does have an effect on the value of a camera body.
I have a new Zip code. I could not use this Zip code and will be very angry if my order get's held up because you would not accept the post office's change NEW ZIP CODE *******
