It's been amazing!
Several professional and amateur photographers have confirmed to me the high ratings of KEH that show up in photography books. 70x200 Canon lens was carefully packed. I chose the low cost ground shipping as I was going to be out of town for a few days after placing the order. In fact, I got a tracking notice from Fedex that it would be at my house two days after order. Fortunately they have a vacation stop process and delivery was rescheduled for the day after I returned. As the lens I bought was new, I cannot comment personally on the KEH rating system for used equipment other than to say the sources I quoted above are impressed by the fairness of your system.
Great experience. Had an issue a few days ago with a recent purchase, was taken care of beyond what I expected what would happen.
