Very simple and easy! Best deals out there! The product I received was in great condition! It works perfectly, shoot, it almost looks brand new! This place is a gold mine! I have been buying from and selling to KEH for many years and always look to them for great bargains in used photo equipment. For this particular purchase I had an issue with the way the KEH site worked, however I emailed a comment to them right after it occurred and they suspended the online activity and advised me to call. Calling got things totally straightened out. The lens I bought arrived in short order and looks and works fine, and it saved me significant money over buying the lens new.
