Sean was quick to help locate the lens hood model required for the lens i was purchasing through the chat service.

The website flow is efficient.

However, the lens hood that i purchased was unusable. The locking mechanism seems to be broken, and therefore the hood keeps dropping off. How is KEH going to settle this?

Even with the terrible exchange rate between Australia and the USA I was able to get some hasselblad bits and pieces cheaper than local and in better condition. Would recommend to anyone!

I was out on Saturday, and FedEx didn't explain that they didn't deliver on Monday, so I wasted a day waiting for them.
