I am NOT a fan of Fedex delivery and would've liked to know that they were the "free" delivery option before choosing it.
Received my order quickly. I was concerned that my order was delivered when I wasn't home. I called KEH and they wee able to have The order delivered to Fedex facility for later pickup. Highly recommend KEH.

Good quality products
Did not receive update regarding when item shipped, or tracking info. The status of the order remained "processing" when I looked at status on KEH website until the lens was delivered. The lens itself arrived in excellent condition, and was as described. The packaging was excellent. Unfortunately, I am returning the lens because it does not work well on my Sony A7ii with the laea4 adapter. This is no fault of KEH, as I think it is just a matter of using an older wide angle film lens on a newer higher megapixel digital camera. I spoke with Don over the phone regarding returning the lens, and he was a pleasure to deal with, and helped me with an RMA number. Excellent experience overall. Thanks
