There are never any problems buying from KEH. As I'm sure everyone else has said, their prices may not be the lowest (and I kinda wish they routinely included things like lens caps), but everything is as advertised and their grading scale is very conservative - something marked "bargain" is indeed that because other places would mark most such items as in excellent condition. Their salespeople even have a sense of humor. Shipment is prompt and packing is very careful. Unless I'm buying something just released, this is the first place I look for equipment.

EX+ Lens. Looks great, seems to work well. Got it on sale at a great price. Very much appreciated that KEH had a sale with a meaningful discount. (And very decently graded. I had to look twice to find the little tiny mark where the lens hood took away the LN- rating.)
I assume they were overwhelmed in shipping. I expected it. I ordered on Nov 30, shipped Dec 8. Had I requested 2nd day I would have been annoyed. Been there. Done that. Didn't receive any notification at all after the sales receipt. A simple generic, "We are overwhelmed, it will take a few extra days to process would have helped." Then of course the shipper FEDEX this time, took over a week then kept changing the delivery date. As the package needed a signature, I wasted a lot of time stuck home waiting. Finally got the package on Dec 15. Long wait for the prize. And the delivery guy handed it to me without getting a signature. At least they didn't leave it on the doorstep... Obviously, not KEH's fault, but they should pass on the message...
So far so good. Let's see how it goes now.

Fine price and service.
I was disappointed in the used lens I received as the focus motor in the lens was not working. I contacted Ricoh Pentax support and they verified the motor was not working.

Gloves were too small. Site stated gloves ran small. I ordered next size up and still too small. Not KEH issue, Gloves from Freehand are not sized properly.
You guys are the BEST! I've been using you for years and always recommend you to other professionals. Keep up the excellent work!
