I just recently made a call for 11min... the lady I used told me it was $8.75 per min over the phone, they charged my account for 176.00... I tried to get a refund, and they only redunded $90.00... they advertised first 10min free, so I don't get why I was charged so much when the call was only 11min...
I have had a number of readings from this site. The only clairvoyant and medium that was always accurate was a lady named Marlene from Caribbean Psychics who was featured for a short time. The rest of their psychics try hard but it is really hit or miss. Mostly guessing in my opinion.
I did use them in the dark period of my life ( growing pains from 20's to 30's). They do not care, they just want your money. Get a therapist instead - it will be less expansive. Talk to friends, relatives you trust - do not talk to strangers. Go to local house of prayer - any religion. They would be more helpful than this scam.
I understand, you want to talk to somebody, get some hope - only time will help.
Do not waste your money. This is what I was doing - oh, does he love me, what does he think of me? Waste of time - until I just asked him MYSELF. Watch a movie - he is just not into you ha ha ha. Painful, but its a great medicine! Grow up - do not call them! Tanya
I agree this site is a scam. There are only a handful of real readers but the rest don't have any psychic ability. I can't wait for the lawsuit
I was charged $15 for a 20 minute reading. I was connected and an automated voice said I had 13 minutes available (where did the 20 minures go?) and the psychic I was trying to reach was unavailable! It proceeded to say push 1 for $4,99 a minute etc. So I called again and was given a customer service number to call. After teaching customer service, they would only refund $13.01 to me for a charge of $15 that I never received. I am hoping KEEN resolves this matter immediately or I will contact the FCC and others to shut this down!
READ THIS FIRST! The so called 'psychics' on Keen are completely fake! DO NOT waste your money on them! Please take my advice, they have ZERO psychic ability, thru change their predictions, and most just tell you what they think you want to hear! Please please please don't waste your money!
These "Psychics" are complete GARBAGE! I talked to several of them and didn't feel as though they were giving me any real information. They all told me Diffrent things. One of their so called "Master Psychics" told me to use the "Law of Attraction" to bring in the things I want like Love, Job, etc. I talked to several of them in a 20 minute period and they all were trash. I wish I could get my money back. These people are straight Frauds!
It's a hit or miss with Keen (more misses actually) an even when your advisor really connects with you, the timing is never right. I know that's the hardest thing to predict and little thing could change the outcome. I used to use Keen about 10 years ago and there was this adviser on there (darker skinned woman and a caribbean accent ( I don't even know if I'm saying this correctly, so sorry if I sound stupid don't mean to offend),
Out of probably 50 or more psychics I tried she was the only one that predicted the man I would marry (we're getting divorced now lol but that's not her fault). She described him to a t. His physical appearance, characeristics, the fact that he was European, that he was younger than me, even the food we would eat often together, yes you read it correctly FOOD! Her readings were completely different than any I had exprerienced before. At first I was very skeptical because her reading and description was just about the opposite of everyone else's so it was difficult to believe until out of the blue literally he shows up. God, I wish I knew her name or if she is still on keen. After I found out everything she said was true, I was dumbfounded. People who are familiar with readers know how difficult it is to find someone that good.
If anyone by chance knows who I am talking about through my awful description (like I said 10 years ago its hard to remember). I believe she had very short hair at the time perhaps (I would make the worst witness to a crime). If anyone has an inkling of who I'm talking about, can you please let me know. I will be so grateful. Who do you guys really love as readers?
Ingenio - Keen INGENIO Fake psychics, I spent 1000 dollars only to find Scammers, liers, who bump you off if you write a complaint San Francisco, California
I love that people are bashing one site to promote another. This is bad karma and bad business. You have to find the right advisor. There are really great people who work on keen.
SCAMMER ALERT! This website is a total FRAUD! It's all false in the end it is about the maximum they can charge before you wake up and close your account. By then they have rushed to max out thousands of dollars on your credit card. That is once you close your account. I am reporting this site to every consumer alert site, to include the FCC, BBB and all others. This business needs to be shutdown permanently.
Please go buy yourself a deck of tarots and read for yourself. You'll save a friggin boat load of money because not one psychic on this crap line is worth a penny. It's a joke. Hundreds and I'm talking hundreds of dollars later I was suckered into believing their psychic ability. Not one thing came true. It's a fraud! Please do not waste your money on keen. Trust the masses who have left reviews, 99% can't be wrong. Believe in the numbers here. They tell the truth.
TERRIBLE customer service. They lie about refunding you if you're unsatisfied and most of their so called "psychics" are FRAUDS like Wendy Janae. My cat is more psychic than that judgmental, liar, SCAM ARTIST.
I didn't get a reading. I got HER lousy opinion and worthless advice. I could of called my friends for that; except they give good advice. Hers is crap. I tried to tell her I didn't want that but she ignored me, went on and on talking in circles, forcing her opinions on me like I HAD to see it her way, trying to act like she "getting something." Finally she got nasty and angry because I wasn't buying what she was selling and said so.
She thinks she's God. She's not. And she's not psychic. What she is an angry witch scamming people and trying to intimidate them so they don't say anything.
Keen ignored me as as much she did. So much for that 100% satisfaction guarantee. That lying FRAUD is perfect for that site!
I telephoned this purported psychic seven times over four months with a simple question: when will I find work? She made three predictions, all three were wrong, she blocked me the day I could give her feedback. So I opened a new account and asked her why she was wrong - she made a fourth prediction timed beyond the feedback period. She later emailed me a note laced with insults (completely avoiding her personal responsibility). I placed this feedback on Keen's site with a two star rating. Keen removed the feedback. WENDY JENAE KNOWINGLY INDUCED A CONTINUED FRAUDULENT PURCHASE, AND THEREAFTER KEEN KNOWINGLY SHIELDED HER FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. It's very sad there are people like this willing to take money from people in times of emotional duress.
This site charged my account for money i did not authorize. There is no live customer support and no live way to resolve customer concerns. Do not us this site. It is unreliable and unethical.
I am a real bonafide psychic, have been for 40+ yrs and went to Keen recently to supplement my income. To be on the top pages, you have to bid for placement... and there are these shills paying (supposedly as much a $82 per click to keen). I was bidding $15 per day, and they were taking out as much as $42 per day from my account, would not answer my calls and emails, would not refund my overcharges, and people call me and cant connect, or they are talking with minutes left and the call gets disconnected. Yes there are bad people pretending to be psychics on Keen, but these people seem to be WORKING as shills for Keen, not actual freelancers. Customers may think Keen is ripping them off, but trust me they are also ripping off the readers. Tonight I pulled the plug. With their fees (about 65% of every call, plus bids, another 10%) I have for the past two months paid keen to be listed and gotten almost no calls, and over charged clicks, it has cost me money to be online with no return from my investment. I have 5 star ratings from good customers, but now they are being blocked, I guess so the shills can take them. They are ripping EVERYONE off. Someone needs to shut them down. Its a scam all around.
Master sunlight is the best person i have talked to on keen very strong amazing lady tells the truth how it is and wants nothing but the best for people and putting them in the right direction in their life LOVE HER
Thank you Gary. You are a wonderful person. You are not just a psychic. You are very caring. I appreciate all of our conversations. You are honest but very supportive. I feel like we have connected because I always needed a brother, or a supportive male in my life. May God Bless You and Your Family in the manner in which you help others.
There's an old saying if you let somebody sell you a diamond necklace for a dime, chances are you don't have a necklace worth a dime. And I bought into the whole psychic addiction. I found three of them that I like, i'm not going to mention names, two men one woman, and if you're reading this you know who you are The woman that I talk to seem to be the best and most intuitive to my situation so I kept calling her. And there was one thing that all three of them predicted that did not come true, there's a couple of things that kind a happen what she predicted that's why started to trust her more. Until yesterday. My situation was over two months ago I had a falling out with this woman that I cared about and ask if she was coming back in my life, she said in time she will, but not the way I want her to and that's something I can predict, but I liked her reassurance, here's where she lost to me, just before I was going to end the call yesterday she suggested I try some love ritual with a glass of wine honey and other ingredients, I said what the heck. I tried keeping up with her, trying to type everything in, I asked her if she could email me the instructions. She said yes. Waited a while no email, I called her back yes paid for another call, I asked her to email me again said if there was a charge I pay, she said no charge. Emailed her a couple of more times no response. Although I thought it was kind of ridiculous from the start, The fact that she didn't email me back, says it all, talking about praying on the vulnerable. I know this is entertainment but it's also a waste of money. If any of what the psychics said comes true I'll retract the statement, maybe even pay them a bonus. My psychic prediction tells me that I probably won't have to do that. As of now I am removing this app from my phone!
I've used this site for various areas of my life and though some readings I found to be vague and not clear, I've found a reader; Michelle Caporale. This reader has been very accurate, specific and forthcoming. I use the site because of her. She's a true Medium and Psychic Reader. No scams, no fluff.
Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
Answer: I'll do a free reading for you here I know the struggles of being a single parent. <3 AllMyAngels
Answer: They are basically saying that they can cancel the account at any point in time, and for any reason without having to give us an explanation as to why they are canceling it.
Answer: The same happened with me. Career cancelled with a touch of a button under some clause of 3B?
