I have purchased some nice, affordable and some decent beads from this company for awhile now. Postage is reasonable, dependant on weight and delivery is within the timescale which is great. Customer services are good and deal with situations promptly. Overall, this is a good company to purchase various assortment of beads.

Hopefully I can update this someday soon, but I placed an order for buttons on April 13, and here we are nearing the end of May with no order in sight. I'm in the US and tracking hasn't updated at all, USPS says it's still waiting to receive the package. When I emailed kbeads to ask for a refund and cancellation a month after the order was placed, I was told to be patient. I knew the prices were probably too good to be true, but this is ridiculous.
