Stole $35 dollars from me. Advertised CD key for Modern Warfare 2 but failed to mention it was the 2009 version, not the new game. Worst experience buying a game I ever had. Would avoid.

This is the first time I have ever encountered such impeccable service! Special thanks to Kordian, the person who really helped me, did it quickly and with heart. Guys, I honestly say I was shocked at how quickly I got help and how great it was.

My problem was that I accidentally bought a subscription in another region, so I couldn't activate it in mine. I emailed support about it and they responded IMMEDIATELY and helped solve my problem right away. At first I was upset and thought my money was stuck and at best I would get it back after a while, but it was done literally the minute I applied.

Once again a HUGE THANK YOU to Kordian, the support specialist who proved to be professional and also just nice to talk to me. I am very happy and still can't get away from the pleasant shock of how great service I received.
