I bought a key for Football Manager for my grandson and what I got - NOTHING. It simply doesn't work but K4G starts making excuses and doesn't refund it. Moreover - they somehow manage to subscribe me for their disgusting service and when I ask them to cancel my subscription they just ignored me and stopped contact me. Beware of scum!

It is a scam. I bought a key from K4G and after receiving it, which took a long time for my security, paradoxically. The key was already used, no money, no key and thank you very much for my money. A lot of nice words but they take no responsibility for anything. Be smarter than me and buy here better buy elsewhere.

This company has the worst possible customer support you can find, DO NOT BUY.
They will take your money and will not provide any solution and blame other companies such as Steam, Activison etc. buying from this company is like playing a lottery and praying something good comes out. Be aware, just RUN!

I have bought a key a day before and Steam notified me that this code has been already used. I contacted the support and proved them, that I have not used the mentioned key. But this day I got an email that "The Supplier has confirmed to us, that the key has been sold only once.", so they cannot do anything.! Avoid buying anything from FastCodes and even from this site.

Incredibly poor customer service. They ask me for my id and other paper and after sending it they retained my money and did not deliver the card

Unfortunately, I found myself in an unpleasant situation: I purchased the item by mistake. On another website, it was listed in the catalog as a Steam gift card, but on K4G, they were selling Steam accounts. Selling Steam accounts is illegal and against the rules, so I didn't notice the error and made the purchase.
As soon as I realized the problem, I immediately contacted customer support. The result: two weeks of correspondence, and I haven't received a refund, I still don't have the item, and €34 is gone.
I have purchased 2 CD keys for a game called Roboquest. This was my very first purchase and I had to confirm that this PayPal account is owned by me. I have went through the hoops to confirm my identity and received 2 unusable CD keys. I have contacted the K4G support team seconds after discovering that the CD keys were invalid. I have been told to contact Valve to inquire about the time and date of when the CD keys have been activated. I have also been asked to provide screenshots of me trying to activate the keys, screenshots of my Steam account license keys so they can confirm that I have not redeemed them. I have provided them with countless screenshots of everything to confirm that my situation is real and is not a scam. I have been patiently waiting and on 24/07 I have been told to give them 48 hours to resolve the issue. To this day I have not received any information and their supplier of the CD keys is still quiet about the situation as I have been told by their support team. They have told me to give them additional 24 hours to resolve the issue.

I will be straight, this store is awesome, in the ways that you can find amazing games on amazing prices, the only thing I dislike is the method on adding funds, when you need to buy coins in euro value on their site and then, you need to wait for customer service to activate it for you, it takes too long for something simple.
