Worst flowers i have ever sent my wife in 33 years! I will call a locally reputable florists from now on.
My order was not sent on time and I had to call just flowers. They then told me it was out for delivery then called me back to say the florist couldn't do the order. They found another florist who completed the order the next day but all flowers were substituted and my price stayed the same. I placed this order many days ahead of time to prevent any issues but apparently that didn't work.

Was told I could not cancel order when the arrangement I wanted was not available. Justflowers then scrambled around and found a substitute which I had to accept as they would not cancel the order. By the way they had not found another florist to fill the order when I tried to cancel. I was told it was too late to cancel. It most certainly was not! I will never use this service again. The fried to whom I sent the arrangement said it was beautiful and she sent me photos. It was lovely but I'll not patronize a company who refuses to allow you to cancel an order that was not near being filled.

Orders always on-time and flowers are fresh. Arrangements are well balanced. The flowers were exquisite, not a flaw on any of them, the arrangement was perfect and the container was appropriate. I LOVED them and so did my aunt, to whom I sent them for Thanksgiving.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
