I HAVE USED YOU BEFORE AND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL. The second time was late delivery. Paid for 9am delivery and it was delivered a lot later in the day. This was for a person who's father just died.
Excellent service and delivered product
Looking for a birthday gift for my husband, after scrolling through 100+ arrangements I selected the one I wanted. Placed the order in Australia for delivery in TX United States, everything was going fine. Order arrived on time, no complaints. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, aesthetically a big fail.
I contacted customer support. While they were responsive they explained that the monetary value and colour of the flowers was equivalent. Ultimately they only offered to provide a small discount when I used their service again. Not happy, I would never have selected this.

UPDATE: After posting here, received a phone call at 3.40am despite having requested to be contacted via email. I have responded to all email correspondence promptly each time it has been received. Also seems unnecessary to publish my full name in your response here.

I was told the price was in Canadian dollars, but the chat person said it was in American dollars.And I asked for the code for the 7$ discount I was offered and did not get it.
Did a search for "Thank you" flowers and returned 50 pages of results with no way to sort or filter.
Message kept telling me I was over 240 characters, when I was right at 240.
Also a little annoyed that a $35 order was $48 by the time I was done and that getting delivery before 1:00pm was going to be yet another $5. It just feels like I am being nickle and dimed to death.
I had sent them to a friend and she was very impressed with their beauty and freshness. She sent me a picture of them, and also told me later that they had stayed fresh and pretty for a long time, and she had thoroughly enjoyed them.
I will definitely recommend, as well as use, Just Flowers again in the future.
Good experience but $10:99 shipping on a $39 order is excessive plus the handling fee.
Once I worked out the way to do thing it worked fine
The flowers were good but they were a day late then what was promised. I had to call in to find out what was going on with the order. I never got a clear indication by phone or email on delivery. Need to improve on the notification piece of the order process.

The absolute worst! Do not ever order flowers from this company. I order roses for Valentine's day and it is now the 27th and still no flowers! I asked for a refund and I was told that since there was an attempt to deliver I can't get my money back. They tried to deliver to a business twice after 5pm and to my home so they say. The manager at Just Flowers Jill told me that they would rather try to deliver every day until I get the flowers then to give me my refund now what sense does that make?!?! Honestly. Worst experience ever! Going to dispute charge since I never received merchandise. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS is almost like a scam.

Excellent - except I was offered a $5.00-7.00? Discount code at beginning of purchase. Had 'chat' help. Good except a call placed to my home phone was rejected (perhaps treated as Robo Call. May call the alternate ph # *******705.
Sympathy flowers were sent to someone else. I did not see them but I know they were received because I received a thank you note. I assume they were ok.
Ordered a dozed roses for $130 to be delivered the same day per the offer on their webpage. Flowers did not show up. Called and emailed without response. Flowers showed up the next day, but my wife had already left on a business trip. Local florist that delivered the flowers told me they did not receive the order from JustFlowers until that day. When I requested a refund JustFlowers informed me that they had decided to reschedule my delivery without telling me after I had placed the order and only offered me a $15 credit. I learned my lesson. JustFlowers is dishonest. Use FTD.

Gorgeous flowers that lasted almost 2 weeks!
Only problem is the additional handling and service fees.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
