I'm ordering again with Just Flowers because of how well the first order went. I received many compliments on the flowers that were delivered the last time!
I think for the price, the orchid could have had more flowers on it. Also, the note was hand written and had no florist envelope to identify where it came from.

First problem was when I ordered an arrangement but never received the confirming email. Could not log into account to check so assumed I failed to complete the order. Ordered two more arrangements but did not receive confirming emails. Took most of the day waiting on lengthy hold and then callbacks to get them to cancel one of the orders. They kept pressuring to put the extra order on hold before finally canceling it.
Then I received one of the orders. The basic order per photograph showed 6-10 roses and other flowers in basic photograph. I paid an extra 20 dollars for the largest arrangement. The arrangement I received had only four roses and was smaller than the photograph. They disagreed with my assessment and offered 5 dollars back. The website guaranteed 100 percent satisfaction and to replace if not satisfied. I feel their photographs must be exaggerations of actual product and guarantee is false. Along with failure to send confirming emails and inability to views orders through signing to my account, This has been a very disappointing experience and the product is way overpriced for what is received. Will never use this company again. In addition, when I attempted to use the website to contact them about theses issues, and to reset my password, my browser told me the website was not secure. For a while, I thought This might not a legitimate business ( customer was misspelled on the customer service website). I conclude they are just not a good business and I will not use them.
Very easy, wide variety, beautiful arrangements.
I have used in past & was always pretty good. This time was a day late & full of fillers instead of flowers such as 2 stargazers instead of 4 as shown. Ordered $73 version so should have even better than $63 bouquet shown in picture online (will attach $63 version from site & $73 one that was delivered). Company didn't care & said arrangement was fine. Told them they lost a customer. You can decide!

As you can see in the photo, we delivered five red roses, three pink lilies, two stargazer lilies with greens. The arrangement delivered was filled over the value of what you ordered for $72.99

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.

Regarding the Purple Cottage arrangement you ordered. It was in fact filled to value and according to recipe. We sent lavender and cream flowers with roses, stock, and greenery as pictured online.
