I wanted to send some flowers to a colleague in Florida who had just got married. Generally, the ordering process was straightforward. However, I am not in the US and address/tel details did not fit the online form. Having said that, my colleaguer let me know thatthe flowers were absolutely beautiful and arrived in excellent condition. Thank you for making my colleague very happy!
Everything went so smooth. The transaction, the delivery time and to top it off the quality was great and very affordable. I would definitely recommend justflowers.com to my friends and family.
Why did I need to put the same information four times for the same product? When I arrived at the hotel the balloons that I ordered were in place. They were a lot smaller than I had anticipated from the web site photos. We arrived at 7pm the balloons had been in the room for just under 4 hours and were already deflating one was already touching the floor. By the time we had cake at around 9pm most of the balloons were hanging halfway down to the floor. By morning, all of them were on the floor. I spent over $*** on balloons that lasted less than 6 hours for our daughters 16th birthday part at the National Harbor. I do not recommend purchasing from this vendor. One kudo for this vendor, they called me to confirm that I placed the order since it was for more than $*** charged to a credit card. However, I received three phone calls by two different people. Alright already, I confirmed the order.

This was my response to a justflowers.com email w/coupon sent to thanking me for my business:
What do you mean "thank you" for your business? You failed to complete the flower order for my MOTHER'S FUNERAL. As if we weren't already going through enough. At the last minute we were informed that they would not be delivered in time but could be delivered the next day. What good would that do? Throughout the whole process I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours, hung up on by a manager, "guaranteed" that a manager would get back to me (he didn't), had my refund delayed because only a supervisor could process it. Then, a supervisor called me a few days later to offer me a discount if I wanted to try placing the order again. Again?! The order was for my mother's funeral! I wish I'd had the time to research your company online before placing an order. Your reputation is well documented and I now know that I am not alone. You know exactly what you are and what you do to people... You simply accept as many online orders as you can with no regard as to whether you can actually fill the orders. Some work out, but many don't. Just keep in mind that your customers are real people often going through very difficult circumstances. Aside from funerals, just think of how many birthday, Valentines, Mothers Day, and anniversary surprises you've ruined. Not only do I not accept your worthless $10 coupon, I'm going to tell as many people as possible to avoid you.

My original order no ******* was cxled as card not accepted. Recd a call requesting card info but due to prevalent internet fraud I was unwilling to repeat details so cxled. Can you not incorporate a password into order info that only your service centre will know and can repeat to buyer when checking card details?

Convenient online shopping, but was notified that my order choice had to be modified. Still satisfied, but did not receive exactly what was ordered from the photos.
The flowers delivered were nothing like that shown on the site. Bright, beautiful and vibrant flowers where shown (Beauty Basket) and cheap, bland white flowers were delivered. The basket was made of cheap straw. They did not send the balloon I paid for.
Contacted the customer service by phone, email and chat but am still to receive a response/apology. They appear to use a network of dodgy florists so there is no guarantee you will get what you hoped for.
If you want to feel robbed, helpless and sad that the occasion so important to you had been ruined because of an incompetent bunch, then use justflowers. Otherwise stay away from them.
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mother in San Diego and my daughter in New York both to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. Neither was delivered on time. My mothers was delivered on Monday late evening and was charged the full amout. They asked if I wanted them to send a note saing that I was sorry that I didn't get it to them in time... WHAT A JOKE. When I contacted them I wasto, d I. The small print they have the right to bump any delivery if they are to busy. They charged me with an extra charge for the holiday weekend. Stay away from this place. There should be a class acton lawsuit... this is terribly unfair to the consumer
I ordered a beautiful, full flower bouquet and "Fine chocolates" for my Mother for Mother's Day with delivery set for Sunday May 12,2013 for a total amount of $80.00 I called Just Flowers after I placed the order and had them note on the order "No roses, recipient is allergic" as my Mother is highly allergic to roses. The bouquet I ordered had pink daisies and pink carnations.
The order was delivered on Saturday, not Sunday as promised. The flowers my Mother received were 4 red roses and 5 white lillies with a small bag of mini Toblerone chocolates. Needless to say, my mother was horrified that I would send her roses! She put them outside immediately. I explained to her what I had ordered and assured her I would never send her roses!
I spent the past 3 days trying to call all 3 phone numbers that I was given in my order confirmation, in total about 25 calls. Up until this afternoon, an automated service answered the phone, put me on hold for 3-5 minutes, then hung up on me. I also sent them 2 e-mails with pictures attached showing them what I had ordered and what was delivered. Today I had 2 responses. The first said they were looking into it and they would call me. The second said they had a question for me and for me to call them.
I called and spoke with a lady named Bet, finally. I first asked what their question for me was. She had no idea what I was talking about. I then told her of the problem with my order and the delivery of the wrong flowers and chocolates. I told her I needed a full refund. She told me that they could not refund any money because the flowers were delivered. I explained again about the wrong delivery and that I wanted my money refunded. She then told me she was transferring me to a manager and put me on hold. 4 minutes later she came back on the line and said managers were not accepting transfer calls, I would have to call them myself. I told her to try again. She did and once again, told me they were not taking transfer calls and I would have to call myself. I finally got the phone number from her and have tried 4 different times already to call, all 4 times it just rings and rings for 3+ minutes with no answer.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
