Never done anything like this before wanted to surprise my parents and they will definetly be surprised! Even tho the product didn't get delivered on time it was still before their anniversary and still a complete shock n pleasant surprise to them! Thank you!

The flowers were of poor quality and not fresh. It was not assembled with any artistry. Very disappointing - would not buy from them again. They really didn't care about my satisfaction
I was happy with service, delivery and product. The person receiving the flowers said the arrangement was beautiful, but the writing on the card was illegible and looked like it had been done last minute. She even had trouble deciphering my name. This is why I rated 4 stars. I think perhaps the message should be printed out or at least checked upon to be sure an adequate card is included before leaving the shop for delivery. I most likely will use your shop for future service.

Was promised delivery on specific date. Delivery never happened.
When I called Customer Service, no one seemed concerned that the order never arrived - Flowers for my wife's birthday!.
No effort was made to correct the situation, no compensation was offered, no apologies were offered.
VERY, VERY disappointed.
Will not use justflowers.com again, and will advise all my friends to take their business elsewhere as well.
Justflowers.com, that is NOT the way to run a successful service minded business.
