Surprised at the cost of the shipping and service fee. More than I was prepared for, however I hadn't realized that this company was not in Canada. The person who received the flowers was delighted and the flowers lasted for a couple of weeks.
I have used the site several times and the recipients of the flowers have been delighted. I do enjoy the extra savings that I receive. The floral designs are great!
Website has lots of problems (technical) which are annoying

Great--I wasn't sure if the flowers were delivered, so I contacted customer service. They were able to confirm delivery --just as my phone was ringing with a thank you call. I was told the arrangement was beautiful!
It was simple and easy to go through with a nice selection
I ordered purple flowers with butterfly sticks pins for my mother, which were her favorite. The company called to ask if ok to ship order a day later so they could provide what I ordered. The order received was fall colors, gold,yellow and orange not what I ordered. I did not contact the company because my mother passed away the next day. So I will not be recommending this company.

The person absolutely loved them, the vase wasn't the same as the one it showed online, but still nice. You did her wedding flowers, and in the upgrade, you used the same bronzed roses. She was delighted. She had just lost her best companion of 15 years, her beloved dog, so it really meant alot to her.

Your $10 discount is very deceiving... fine print looks like you are trying to trick your customers
