I'm always a little nervous about ordering on-line. But so far the experience was very easy.
Update:
The first order on November 10, I was satisfied. There were some substitutions and she may have been allergic to one of the substitutions, but they looked very nice. The recipient mentioned the flowers did not last very long.
The 2nd order I placed was not delivered on the day I ordered them, which was disappointing. But she said the flowers lasted longer.
There was no problem with the ordering or delivery, however, as I was sending the flowers to a US address from the UK (for Thanksgiving) I needed an email confirmation which I never received.
In the end I had to contact the recipient in the US to ask if the flowers had arrived which I really did not want to do.
I had zero communication with Justflowers and still have had no explanation or apology and the very least they could have done would have been to reply to acknowledge receipt of my order!
Not impressed.

Delivery was 2 days late. No call until I made the inquiry. No compensation offered. Probably won't use again. Totally disappointed.

I'd like to know what the extra 10.99 is for. There already was a charge for shipping and a charge for handling
The order process was a breeze, I even left special instructions for the delivery ( the code at the gate) I ordered the day before so they would be there early. Then very late in the afternoon they were to have been delivered, I get a call from the florist asking ME for the address and how to get in the gate. This info had already been provided the day i placed the order. Consequently the flowers showed up 4 hours later than expected.
Very easy...
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
