I received a phone call an hour prior to the delivery time informing me that they did not have the arrangement I had purchased. Apparently they were going to deliver something similar but that was not the case. I had ordered a beautiful colorful arrangement from the website and received a pale ugly arrangement. Not even the colors were similar. Nothing like I was promised. Nothing like the image on the website. I was very upset and dissatisfied. I am not one to cause issues but can honestly say I paid too much money for something so insipid.

Very convenient - wish you had more unusual arrangements.

Order was delivered a day later than expected. Monday instead of Sunday. The reason for ordering via this site was to get that Sunday delivery.
