I have never been disappointed by flowers ordered through justflowers.com
When they contacted me the day AFTER promised delivery date to tell me the flowers would be delivered that day, I told them to cancel. I was told "no problem," but then got another call from them telling me they had already been delivered. They then said they would have to go back to the recipient and take the flowers from them if I didn't want to pay for them! I would never trust them again.

It is always a bit scary to order flowers online. You can only hope they will match the photograph and convey your sincere feelings and love to the people who receive them--especially in times of sympathy. I've used justflowers.com twice, and both times my friends and family have expressed delight. Thank you for being a source I can trust.
Flowers were not delivered as I requested, and I had to call to insure the flowers would be delivered on the 30th or 31st. Our aunt is terminally ill, and this will be her last birthday with us, and it was important that she receive the flowers by her birthday.
Flower arrived 2 days later and were left on the stairs (during winter...)
I would have liked to add a small gift to the order but was unable to figure out how to do it and Jessica didn't seem to know.
At the end of the sale/service I ended up getting my money back and someone from your business contacted the recipient and let them know, it was an error on your part that they did not receive the flowers and that I had tried to send them an acknowledgement to their grief. For this, I am thankful but I would have much more preferred they had received the flowers I tried to send.
So many choices and reasonably priced.
I ordered the flowers & they arrived where they sent after a bit of confusion or mix up with address. It really was no problem. Kathy
