The form filled out online was vague as to who's name at one point. I took it to be my name as apposed to the party that was supposed to receive the flowers. Delivery claimed no one was at the home when they tried to deliver when in fact someone was there all day. It was not delivered on the day I requested. All in all not a good experience. I wouldn't be using your service.
The flowers that I ordered were for my new granddaughters birth. The flowers were skimpy, wilted, and not at all what I ordered. I paid extra to have a bear sent with the flowers, and a tiny monkey with "jungle love" written on it arrived, along with a note that said "love Mom and Dad". My husband has been dead for 14 years. That was insulting, and mean to my son. It was very all done on the computer, so whoever filled the order was not someone that I would want working for me. And to top it all off the order cost $97.00!
I got no satisfaction when I called.
I will never order from you again, and have made sure that all my friends know how disappointing my whole experience with your company was.
You guys always make it easy!
