I have placed more than one flower order in the two months. All of our clients said they were happy and thought the gift was beautiful. Without the item description, I cannot comment further regarding that specific order.

The website worked very well...I hope that the flowers are as beautiful as pictured! **Update 5-18-15 - I am giving this update because you have asked me to follow-up. I was EXTREMELY unhappy with the arrangement that was delivered to my recipient. It looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. I called the florist and they were unapologetic and went on to tell me that they provided just what the funds given to them from your company provided. I would have appreciated it if the arrangement had at least RESEMBLED the picture on your site. The same flowers (with the exception of a couple as well as colors) were used, but there was absolutely no shape to the arrangement. I could have gone to the grocery store and picked up a vase and batch of flowers and had someone off the street deliver them to my recipient for MUCH LESS than what I paid. I will NOT use justflowers.com in the future and I will NEVER use the florist that you contracted to fill my order.

I was somewhat satisfied, altho, I wish you could confirm the order placed, a little quicker. Twice before, I ended up re-affirming my order by phone. Otherwise, the product received by the reciprients has always been well accepted. Thank you.
