I like the variety. It is a convenient site, however I did have difficulty correcting my order which caused multiples, then I had difficulty removing the superfluous order. Overall happy with the experience.
The available flowers were not matching what I ordered and the value was disappointing.
This order was for Easter for my ill Mother-in-law. She loved the flowers and died two days later. Great timing.

The bouquet was not as large as I was expecting and did not last 8 days which is extremely unusual for orchids. The balloon had deflated in a week. It would be helpful if the amount of stems to be supplied for the varying upgrades was quoted.
