Text is too small. Buttons are too small. Not enough contrast of color or distinguishing factors on the Process the Order buttons. Ton of wasted space on the side of my browser (chrome). Aside from the eye strain everything went very smoothly. The 15 bucks for servicing, shipping, and handling seems high since the delivery is only a few minutes away.

For the price I payed. The flowers were not pretty and they did not look like the picture. Very disappointed. But the thought of the mere gesture of sending flowers to a friend was appreciated. My dear friend passed within the week of receiving.

I will not go into too much detail as I would need at least an hour to describe in detail the disgusting service I received but basically the flowers were never delivered even though I was forced to pay an additional $12.00 for delivery after the initial payment was made, in the end the recipient had to pick them up!. I was then harassed by customer service agents calling incessantly to tell me they would not reimburse my money they had put 'extra flowers' in the arrangement' to compensate, (I was not consulted first)... I don't believe this actually happened since I saw a picture of the arrangement, basically they did not deliver the flowers and stole the $12.00... disgusting..

The flowers that came this time weren't anything like what I ordered, but it was a last minute order and on a Sunday, so I was happy that they made it on time.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
