Please make this arrangement extra fresh for my aunt's 80th birthday. If pink carnations are not available, please substitute with yellow. Otherwise, please call me so I can select something else. We'll be there on the weekend and I don't want to be disappointed! Thanks very much! Janet

Didn't know about the delivery Charge. Also the balloon, that I ordered was to say Happy Birthday. Instead a I love you balloon was sent. Very embarassing!

I liked the fact that you got my order right, modified with special instructions to deliver certain color teddy bear. Overall, I like the service but your prices are high and I am considering moving business to just a local flower shop. I send flowers at least 2-3, if not upwards of 5 times a year.
Thanks, this saves me a lot of shopping and going to places when I can just look at your beautiful flowers online.
