Internet support and speed of delivery is fantastic. The policy where flowers can be exchanged due to availability is not. The bouquet online was robust and gorgeous. The replacement of flowers based on availability was hilariously tiny.

I found it difficult to get help but found another way around for my answer. It also asked if I wanted to add roses, which I did but couldn't do it

I had to go to another page click into your site again to get the help I needed that Rachel could not do. I was willing to order a bigger arrangement if I had someone who could really help. So sad that the two arrangements for almost $200 were ugly and I was embarrassed to have my loved ones receive. Will never use you are at any price!
