I order from just flowers for the second time and was disappointed both times at least the first time they made good by sending an arrangement that was descent. This time not only did they not deliverer the day that was promised but, what I ordered and what the reciever got was not even comparable. I spoke with them they said the dollar amount was... but again it didn't even come close. Stay away from these people if you want people to receive at least a reasonable fact similar... I would post pictures if they allowed it here!

I have been a customer for several years and have been very happy with the service and product.
Disappointed that I could not receive the exact arrangement that was offered online. For the item that I wanted, I loved the basket and the arrangement. I realize that in different seasons some of the flowering plants must be substituted but the first one that was delivered to me was no where near what I ordered. Then another florist delivered another one and I had it returned, I had to actually call a local florist that is on your list, as they had done the first order that I had placed for a funeral of a friend, and ask if they could make an arrangement anywhere close to the online arrangement she said that she could. She did a good job but again it was not what I would liked to have. I have kept their information and will just contact them personally and not use justflowers.com again. If you advertise an arrangement online, then you should be able to deliver the exact item. I would not have ordered if I had known I couldn't get what I wanted and was told that if I wasn't happy that I could not get a refund. You asked for my comment there you have it.

The flowers were PROMISED to be delivered on Thanksgiving Day. They arrived sometime the day after...I was very disappointed!

Looking for the discount of $5 off for call reminder which I did not get. I only saw the bouquet from a cell phone picture and it looked a little different than what I expected, so not completely satisfied. The first time I ordered I liked the arrangement better.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
