Your shipping is outrageous. Where are you and why did it take so long? You don't have half sizes in shoes. I am a bit disappointed because I thought that your fabric on items would be warmer and not a polyester blend

I ordered my goods in July they took 2 weeks to come. When they came I was so excited but when I opened them up the material was awful and they didn't fit. I asked for a return slip so I could send them back which I received. I sent them back which cost me £24 and I have not received a refund. I will never use them again even though the clothes are very nice looking

I could not find a company phone number. Return process is confusing and time consuming not even possible without contacting their chat. Chat person requires you to pay return postage to an address in Guangdong, China, which was not mentioned on their website, and is different from the return address in Monroe, NJ that was on the package that my order came in. Will never buy again, and recommend against supporting companies like this.

Like products and great sale pages, website a bit hard to navigate. I don't know if I had the wrong word or if JFN doesn't carry pj's or nighties, but I couldn't find any. I was sad to have missed the end of the sale I was working towards so it would be good to have the countdown show up the last 10-30 minutes on each page to avoid missing the last minutes deadline. Also, I stumbled upon CAD prices a long way in, the drop down could be on every page so newcomers can see it right away. This was my first shop so I had a lot of ground to cover in products. Thank you for your online service!

It took weeks to get my order; I had no idea it was coming from China. When I finally received it, I was unhappy with the quality. I guess I should have realized that with the prices, Well, you have to pay the shipping to return it. I was very unhappy when I found out it was going to cost me almost 40 percent of my purchase price to return it! It's now 2 1/2 months since I returned the items and still no refund. I called customer service and they determined that they had received the return and hopefully I will receive the refund, Had I not called, would I have ever received it?
